Company Description How does your company stand out from your competitors?Give yourself a little time to think about this and prepare yourself mentally for the task at hand.Once you are ready to move forward, start writing a simple 3-part business plan for the coming year. What do you need to spend more or less on in the coming year?Include details such as facts about your industry, the size of your market, and technology associated with business expansion. Marketing Strategy What strategies will help you sprint to success?Detail advertising, technology, new product innovations, customer experience and touchpoint strategies, collaborations, and ideas for marketing success. Organization and Management Is your company structure performing to its potential? Financial History Identify the successful campaigns that have led you to the need for expansion. Your financial plan should outline: A great plan should be detailed but not convoluted.If possible, let your team help set these goals and then (if possible) assign a champion to each goal.Review these monthly as a team and track your progress!
