Unfortunately, the notion of 'corporate values' has been abused to the point of ridicule over the past century or so. When it comes to how to write a strategic plan - values represent how you'll behave as an organization as you work towards your vision.
Too often, organizations simply throw out words that they think will sound good in a glossy marketing brochure but have little relevance to anything else.
